ANMA past president and his wife give Nepal's orphans hope.
Many orphans in Nepal lack education, medical care and a home. But now, they've gained a glimmer of hope.
The Prahlad & Bindu Pant Orphans Foundation, a U.S.-based foundation, established with an endowment fund of $150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand US dollars) aims to provide food, shelter and education to Nepal’s poorest, parent-less children.

Nebraska Nepalese Society hosted the 2008 ANMA & NASeA Joint Convention during the Labor Day weekend. The Convention Committee would like to thank all the volunteers, who worked tirelessly during the event.

Dr. Mohan N. Shrestha, Pioneer Nepalese American Professor
Dr Mohan Narayan Shrestha passed away on September 14th 2007 at Toledo, Ohio. It is a well-known fact that Mohan dai touched many lives during his long stay at Bowling Green, OH and shorter periods elsewhere in the US. He inspired, encouraged, and always led the way more by his actions than words.
